Premium Base Malts
The backbone of the mash bill — clean, highly modified base malts grown from Copeland 2-row barley in the Verde Valley.

Pale Ale Base Malt
A classic, well-modified base malt with a light golden hue and gentle malty-biscuit character. Forms the bulk of the grain bill for pale ales, IPAs, and most American ale styles.

Add $0.07/lb for milling. All malt comes in 55lb bags unless specified; 1500–2000lb totes available. Pallet fee $10. 3% surcharge on credit card payments. Terms: Net 15 days from delivery for Monthly Brew Partners. Deliveries are bi-weekly to Phoenix, Tucson, and Northern Arizona, one-week lead time max; we do have a delivery charge for orders under six bags, otherwise free. Out-of-area delivery (100+ miles from the I-17/I-10 corridor) is $200.
